It Started With a Hair Color Problem… 💖

I've been dyeing my own hair for years (many, many years 😅), and if there's one thing I've learned, it's that finding the hair colors and brands you love isn't always easy. I've spent plenty of time hunting down shades, searching for international brands, and trying to figure out how to get all the colors I need without spending extra on shipping.

At some point, I thought: Why not just buy the colors I love and share them with other people who love vivid hair as much as I do?

And just like that, Mother Mayhem Beauty was born.

Now I can keep my favorite colors on hand for my own hair adventures, and make those same great brands and shades easier for other color lovers to find. It's a win-win! I get to share my love of vivid hair color, and you get a place to discover exciting shades and international brands without having to chase them all over the internet.

DIY Hair Color Is My Kind of Thing 💜

I'm a DIY hair dyer through and through. I love experimenting with color, trying new shades, changing things up, and making my hair my own. I know the excitement of finding that perfect color, the temptation to try something completely different, and the satisfaction of creating a look yourself.

You don't need to be a professional stylist to enjoy vivid hair. You just need a little creativity, a willingness to experiment, and a color that makes you feel like you.

Over the years, I've picked up plenty of tips, tricks, and lessons from trying different brands, shades, and techniques. Some things worked beautifully, some turned into happy accidents, and others taught me exactly what not to do next time. 😂 That's part of the adventure!

I want to share what I've learned along the way, from helpful application tips and color-maintenance ideas to experimenting with shades and getting creative with your look. I'll be sharing the things I've discovered through my own DIY hair-color journey so you can learn, experiment, and hopefully skip a few of the mistakes I've made.
